Rechts nun eine Karte mit unserer Route. Erstellt von Rob Beaman, JCU.
At about 6 am we arrived in Cairns, after a quiet night of steaming down from the Hope Islands. Some were happy, others not so, when we approched the port and the Pride moored at Trinity Wharf. After a quick breakfast the equipment was liften onto the wharf, ready to be picked up by a truck at 10 am. That's it, Deep DownUnder has come to an end, all back safe and healthy, rich in experiences, having made spectacular new discoveries, and having made new friends. A group photograph summed up everything – a huge thanks to all participants, great people you are, including the crew! Now the hard time of data analysis begins, and we certainly hope to be back in the Coral Sea again soon. A big thanks also to all you readers of the blog – we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! (PS: unfortunately it was not possible to upload pictures while on the PMG Pride - this has now been done)
Here now a map with the cruise track too. Courtesy of Rob Beaman, JCU.
